Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to every input you upload, every prompt you submit, every output you generate, and every public action you take through Dirtybunny (the "Service"). It applies whether you use the Service for personal, commercial, or testing purposes.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, store, or share content that:

• Sexualizes minors in any form, including photorealistic, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions ("CSAM"). This is a zero-tolerance rule. Confirmed cases will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or "not safe for work" (NSFW) in any form, whether involving real or fictional people. Dirtybunny is a strictly safe-for-work creative tool. Sexually explicit prompts, uploads, and outputs are prohibited and will be blocked, removed, or result in account termination without refund.

• Depicts non-consensual sexual content, "revenge" intimate imagery, or sexual content involving identifiable real people without their explicit, verifiable consent.

• Constitutes terrorism, violent extremism, incitement to violence, or instructions for building weapons (including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons).

• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders, or encourages others to engage in such behavior.

• Targets a person or group with hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

• Contains malware, phishing payloads, credential stealers, or anything designed to compromise systems or accounts.

• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party.

• Violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

Even if your content is technically legal, you may not use the Service to:

• Impersonate a real person, brand, or public figure in a way that is likely to mislead others (deepfakes used for fraud, defamation, election interference, or non-consensual intimate imagery are strictly forbidden).

• Upload, face-swap, or otherwise generate images of celebrities, politicians, athletes, influencers, or other public figures without their explicit, verifiable consent — even if the resulting image is non-explicit. Use of a recognizable real person's likeness without consent may violate their right of publicity, privacy, and data-protection rights, and is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Upload or generate images of anyone under 18 years old in any context, regardless of whether the content is sexual.

• Generate disinformation intended to deceive voters, manipulate markets, or interfere with public health responses.

• Generate content that imitates a specific living artist's style for the purpose of passing it off as their work.

• Scrape, mirror, resell, or redistribute Service outputs as a competing AI generation product.

• Bypass, probe, or attack our rate limits, content filters, billing system, or authentication.

• Use automated agents to mass-generate content beyond your purchased credits or to extract model behavior.

When you upload an image, audio file, or any other input, you represent that you own it or have all necessary rights and consents to use it on the Service, including the right for us to process it through third-party AI providers.

For face swap, image edit, and any feature that uses a real person's likeness, you must have the documented consent of every identifiable person depicted. We may require you to provide proof of consent on request. Submitting another person's likeness without consent is a serious violation and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

All content produced by Dirtybunny is generated by artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, fictional, or unintentionally similar to real people, real artworks, or copyrighted material. AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute outputs you create with the Service.

If you publish AI-generated content publicly — especially content that depicts real people, real events, or could be mistaken for a photograph — you must clearly label it as AI-generated or synthetic media (for example, "AI-generated", "synthetic image", or an equivalent disclosure). This is a hard requirement, not a recommendation.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove or refuse to generate any content; suspend or terminate accounts; revoke unused credits in cases of serious abuse; preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where required.

We are not obligated to monitor user activity, but we may use automated and human review to enforce this Policy. Repeated or severe violations result in a permanent ban without refund.

If you believe content on Dirtybunny violates this Policy, infringes your rights, or depicts you (or someone you represent) without consent, please use our in-app report form at /report or email support@dirtybunny.io. Provide as much detail as possible (URL, description, your relationship to the content) so we can investigate quickly.

For copyright infringement specifically, please follow the DMCA notice procedure described in Section 8 below.

Dirtybunny complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes:

(1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL); (4) your contact information (address, telephone, email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send DMCA notices to: support@dirtybunny.io (subject line: "DMCA Notice"). We will respond to valid notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address following the procedure in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Effective date" at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
