1. Digital nature of the Service
Dirtybunny sells access to AI generation in the form of non-tangible digital credits and recurring subscription plans. Because credits are consumed instantly when a generation is submitted to a third-party AI provider, all sales are generally final once credits have been spent.
2. Automatic refunds for failed generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side or on the side of the underlying AI provider (model error, timeout, upstream outage), the credits used for that generation are automatically refunded back to your account balance, usually within a few seconds and at the latest within 45 minutes by our automated sweeper. No action from you is required. You can see every refund event on your Billing page.
3. Unused credit packs
One-off credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you purchased a credit pack within the last 14 days, have not used any of the credits, and are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (for example the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom), you may request a refund by emailing support@dirtybunny.io within that 14-day window. By starting to spend credits you expressly acknowledge that performance of the digital service has begun and that you waive any remaining withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your remaining credits stay usable until then. Already-paid subscription periods are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend (for example you cancelled but the cancellation did not register), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
5. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
If you believe your card was charged without your authorization or that your account was used by someone else, contact us immediately at support@dirtybunny.io. We will investigate, lock the account if needed, and refund confirmed unauthorized charges in full.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@dirtybunny.io before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — in almost all cases we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback. Accounts with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@dirtybunny.io from the email address on your account, with the order or session ID (visible on your Billing page) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
8. Account termination for policy violations
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (including but not limited to non-consensual imagery, CSAM, fraud, or chargeback abuse) are not eligible for any refund of unused credits or subscription time.

- My generation failed — do I get my credits back?
- Yes. Failed generations are refunded automatically to your in-app credit balance, usually within seconds and at the latest within 45 minutes. You don't need to contact support. Check your Billing page for the refund event.
- I bought a credit pack but haven't used any credits. Can I get a cash refund?
- If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK and it's been less than 14 days since purchase, yes — email support@dirtybunny.io from your account email. Outside that window, or once you've spent any credits from the pack, packs become non-refundable.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to your Account page and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the credits and access you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Do I get a refund for unused subscription time after cancelling?
- No. Already-paid subscription periods are non-refundable, but you keep using the service until the period ends. The exception is an accidental renewal — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
- Was my card charged by mistake or by someone else?
- Email support@dirtybunny.io immediately. We'll lock the account, investigate, and refund any confirmed unauthorized charges in full. Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
- How long do refunds take to appear on my statement?
- In-app credit refunds are instant. Refunds back to your card or bank typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
